Gun Permit Pre-Registration
IMPORTING GUNS INTO ARGENTINA
The process of taking your shotguns to Argentina is fairly simple. Córdoba Outfitters will send you a one page “gun permit pre-registration” form — you just fill it out and have it back to us no later than 30 days prior to your departure. That’s it. We will fill out the required Argentine technical form and send it to you, along with your other final documents. If bringing a gun, we recommend that you make flight connections that enable you to clear customs in Córdoba as the officials here know the outfitters and are accustomed to dealing with hunters and firearm registrations. Keep in mind that it takes a while to clear guns at customs – sometimes an hour or more. In addition, the high volume of shells shot during your trip will add wear and tear to your personal shotgun. As a result, many hunters choose to rent our shotguns versus bringing their own.
How to Get Here
Your final flight destination should be the Córdoba Airport (COR). A member of our staff will meet you at the airport and transfer your hunting party to the lodge. Further details will be provided upon booking of your trip. Please contact us if you have questions on travel logistics.
